No order can be changed once a deposit is paid you can only add to your order!
All remaining balances must be paid 7 days prior to event date (any unpaid balance will forfeit deposit…We are not responsible for constant reminder on balances! Any Bookings $125 Or Less Full Payment Is Required! NO EXCEPTIONS
ALL RUSH ORDERS (week of event) Or Same Day MUST PAY A $20 RUSH FEE!! FULL PAYMENT IS DUE AS WELL!! *Depending On Location DELIVERY FEES Range From $20 & Up We’ll Make Sure To Confirm Delivery! No Changes Can Be Made Once Payment Is Made!
*CANCELLATION POLICY* If a customer needs to cancel their order or rental , a refund will NOT be granted but the customer will be allowed to change date!Â
*PHOTOS* We reserve the right to take and use our own photos of your sweets & special events for marketing and promotional purposes, including advertising and promotion without compensation to you. We understand some individuals don’t do social media as we do photos and videos of our events as well!Â
